HOW TO QUALIFY
-
Have at least 2 years of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
-
Be minimum 23 years of age
-
Possess current class A CDL
-
Have no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
-
Have no major chargeable accidents in the past 3 years
-
Have no criminal felony within last 10 years/misdemeanor convictions evaluated on case-by- case basis
-
Have favorable references from past employers
-
Have no type I violations in last 36 months (failure to report an accident, failure to stop, wrong way on a highway, speeding (16-20mph over limit) , use of an electronic device while operating a motor vehicle and/or failure to use seat belt)

Have no type II violations in last 60 months (DUI, driving with suspended/revoked license, false report to police, hit & run, leaving a scene, homicide or manslaughter with a motor vehicle, passing a school bus, racing, eluding a police officer, railroad crossing conviction, reckless driving, speeding (21 mph over limit), at fault accident with fatality)

Must be from USA and have legal right to work in USA

Must pass a drug test

Must have current DOT physical (not set to expire within 6 months of hire date)

Must be able to proficiently talk, read and write in English

Must be dependable, honest and reliable
-
PSP report must not contain: jumping an OOS order, hazmat load securement or placarding violations, failure to secure container violation, 3 or more HOS OOS violations within the past 12 months and no English speaking violations within the past 24 months
